We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline to enter into or continue any advisory or investment relationship, without prior notice and without liability, where we reasonably believe it is necessary for compliance with applicable law or our internal policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami, Florida, USA, conducted in English before a single arbitrator.

14.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits the right of any party to file a complaint with a relevant regulatory authority.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
