Refund Policy

1. Overview

Guixer & Partners provides advisory and investment-related services across private banking, capital markets, digital assets, principal investments, and global advisory. This Refund Policy outlines the general terms governing fees and refund eligibility.

Specific fee arrangements are governed by the engagement letter or service agreement applicable to your relationship with Guixer & Partners. In the event of any conflict between this policy and your engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

2. Advisory and Professional Fees

Retainer and engagement fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. These fees compensate Guixer & Partners for the allocation of resources, proprietary research, and professional time dedicated to your engagement.

Success and performance-based fees are earned upon completion of specified milestones or outcomes as defined in the applicable engagement letter. Once earned, these fees are non-refundable.

Early termination. If you terminate an engagement before completion, refund eligibility is governed by your engagement letter. In the absence of specific provisions, unused portions of prepaid fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less costs incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

3. Circumstances Where Refunds May Apply

Guixer & Partners may issue a full or partial refund where a service was not delivered as specified in the engagement letter due to our error or omission; duplicate billing occurred; or fees were charged for services explicitly excluded from the engagement scope.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: third-party costs incurred on your behalf (legal, tax, regulatory filing fees, due diligence costs); fees for services already rendered; and losses arising from market movements, investment outcomes, or regulatory actions.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, contact us with your name, engagement reference, amount and date in question, and a description of the issue.

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, investigate the request, and communicate the outcome within 15 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method where possible.

6. Dispute Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a senior review by emailing legal@guixer.com, or invoke the dispute resolution provisions in your engagement letter.

7. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.
